German-Speaking Technical Support Advisor

Location: 100% Remote (Must be currently based in Spain)
Schedule: Full-time (39 hours/week Monday Friday 09:00 18:00)

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on delivering exceptional support We are seeking a German-Speaking Technical Support Advisor to join a dynamic international this fully remote position you will act as a trusted point of contact for dealers and end users diagnosing technical inquiries guiding product usage and ensuring an outstanding service experienceall from the comfort of your home anywhere in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • First Line of Support: Serve as the primary contact for dealers and end users via phone and email.
  • Troubleshooting & Resolution: Diagnose technical issues accurately and guide users through step-by-step solutions.
  • Customer Education: Walk customers through product features best practices and standard updates.
  • Ticket Management: Create track and resolve support tickets to ensure timely case resolution.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to handle escalated or complex technical cases.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed precise customer logs and documentation in support systems.
What We Are Looking For
  • Languages: Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level) combined with advanced English skills.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in customer service helpdesk or technical support roles.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to take full ownership of cases and drive them to resolution.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating support tools CRM systems and troubleshooting workflows.
  • Remote Readiness: Self-motivated organized and confident working independently in a remote environment.
  • Location: Must be currently residing in Spain with valid legal work authorization.
