Were looking for a Customer Service Agent to assist our French clients who have taken out our insurance plans. Youll help customers with questions claims and service updates always ensuring the best possible experience

• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers partners and suppliers.

• Provide advice guidance and solutions for customer queries and incidents.

• Keep customers informed about coverage claim status and resolutions.

• Make follow-up calls on claims and collections.

• Apply cross-selling and retention techniques where applicable.

• Record all relevant data accurately in our systems.

• Customer-oriented and empathetic

• Excellent communication (verbal & written)

• Results-driven and proactive

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Active listening and adaptability

• Tolerance to stress and perseverance

• Fluent in French (both mandatory) knowledge of English and Spanish is a plus

• 1 year in customer service preferred

• Strong communicator verbal & written

• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
