The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Business Analystto join our Finance team in Barakaldo. Reporting to theManagement Accountant Southern Europe you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial insights and supporting decision-making across the business.

Working closely with management and finance teams across the Group you will provide high-quality financial reporting and analysis for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare timely accurate and complete management accounts including supporting schedules KPIs variance analysis and insightful commentary
• Deliver weekly monthly quarterly and annual reporting for assigned business units
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Provide regular and ad hoc financial analysis including cost analysis profitability reviews and performance tracking
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver clear and actionable financial insights
• Contribute to M&A activities and business improvement initiatives including system implementations and process enhancements
• Support continuous improvement of reporting tools processes and data accuracy
• Undertake other responsibilities as required to support the Finance function

About You

• Degree or professional qualification in Finance Accounting or a related field
• Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS and/or GAAP)
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate financial data
• Advanced Excel skills and strong overall digital proficiency
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
• Proactive detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
