WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Strategic business partnership: You take full ownership of our local finance function acting as a trusted key partner to the Managing Director and leadership team.

Comprehensive performance steering: You drive all controlling activities including budgeting forecasting margin analysis and performance steering across our collections and channels.

Actionable financial insights: You translate complex financial data into clear actionable insights to support fast and strategic decision-making.

External partner management: You manage and challenge our external accounting provider in Spain to ensure high-quality and timely financial reporting.

Cross-functional interface management: You act as the central link connecting our local business the Group Finance function and the Shared Service Center (SSC) in Germany.

Efficient financial operations: You oversee local liquidity and cash management while building scalable processes structures and modern financial controls.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Your Educational Background:You have successfully completed a university degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field that provides You with a deep understanding of corporate finance and controlling structures.

Your Strengths: You are highly entrepreneurial hands-on and pragmatic. You feel comfortable working independently in a standalone role love making data-driven decisions close to the business and communicate confidently across different functions and cultures.

Your profile:You bring 57 years of experience in finance ideally within fashion retail or consumer goods. You possess a strong controlling background with deep knowledge of margins and inventory feel at home in fast-paced environments have experience with external accounting partners or shared services and speak fluent Spanish and English (German is a plus).
