We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain this role you will play a pivotal part in coordinating international freight operations ensuring products move efficiently from origin to destination while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
As part of our global Control Tower operations youll collaborate with carriers freight forwarders manufacturing sites warehouses and international stakeholders to ensure seamless shipment execution regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

ordinator you will play a key role in ensuring shipments are delivered on time supporting customers and collaborating with logistics partners across the globe.
What Youll Do
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments from origin to delivery.
- Work closely with carriers freight forwarders warehouses and internal teams.
- Monitor shipment progress resolve delays and manage exceptions.
- Ensure all shipping documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Support customers by providing timely updates and solutions.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance service efficiency and cost performance.
What were looking for
Essential Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Business or a related field.
- Experience working within logistics transportation distribution or supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with domestic and international shipping processes.
- Strong customer-service mindset and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within pharmaceutical healthcare life sciences or regulated industries.
- Understanding of freight forwarding operations.
- Knowledge of GxP requirements and international trade compliance.
- Experience managing temperature-controlled or specialized shipments.
