Education required: Master of Science/MSc Engineering: Automation Robotics Controls & Systems Mechanical Mechatronics Electrical or Electronic Engineering Computer or Systems Engineering Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering Robotics Technology Engineering Chemical Engineering Biomedical or related field with modules in automation robotics systems software and/or cybersecurity.

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in Spanish and English

Other requirements: Graduation by August 2027

Location: Aranda

Start date: September 2027

On our two-year Global Supply Chain Graduate Programme youll apply your scientific engineering or digital knowledge to real manufacturing challenges while developing through rotations training and mentoring.

What will you do

  • Engineering Excellence: Design execute and validate engineering projects while adhering to industry-leading standards and regulations.
  • Project Management: Manage the lifecycle of new equipment from design to installation and commissioning ensuring seamless integration into operations working with suppliers.
  • Equipment Reliability: Enhance the performance safety and reliability of manufacturing equipment & utilities through predictive maintenance and lifecycle management.
  • Smart Manufacturing Innovation: Drive efficiency and innovation using AI and digital transformation technologies as part of our digital transformation journey.
  • Automation Expertise: Define and implement improvements upgrade systems and work with control systems and robotics technologies to optimize manufacturing operations.
  • Digital & Data Expertise: Use data-driven approaches & data visualization techniques to monitor processes identify trends and implement solutions to improve decision making & operational efficiencies.
  • Asset Management: Utilize techniques e.g. condition-based monitoring and predictive maintenance for optimal equipment performance.
  • Problem-Solving: Develop analytical and advanced problem-solving skills (e.g. DMAIC/Six Sigma) to tackle complex challenges to improve processes and drive cross functional collaboration.
