THE ROLE

• Support in the implementation of communication plans for the brands within the portfolio.
• Operational coordination with PR social media and influencer agencies.
• Management and follow-up of product shipments to press influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Support in the organization of brand events product launches and special activations.
• Monitoring of publications media coverage and campaign results.
• Preparation of reports and analysis of communication and influencer marketing KPIs.
• Support in the creation and adaptation of communication materials.
• Administrative coordination: budgets purchase orders invoices and expense tracking.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing Education and Sales teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Student in Marketing Communications Advertising Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong interest in communications influencer marketing social media and the beauty industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• High level of English proficiency.
