About the role:

As a Cybersecurity Engineer you will play a key role in protecting TMHCCs international technology environment by strengthening our detectioninvestigationand response capabilities. Working within our International Security Operations function you will helpidentifyemerging threats improve securitycontrolsand enhance our cyber resilience. You will collaborate with Security Engineering Infrastructure and Technology teams to continuously improve our security operations and support theorganizationscyber resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and improve security controls across endpoint server identity networkcloudand business application environments.

• Designimplementand continuously improve preventative and detective security controls.

• Investigate security incidents perform threatanalysisand support digital forensic activitiescontainmentand remediation.

• Monitor security tools operationalmetricsand threat intelligence to improve detection capabilities and reduce cyber risk.

• Develop andmaintaintechnical standards operational proceduresplaybooksand knowledge documentation.

• Support Incident Major Incident Problem and Change Management processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen protection detectionresponseand recovery capabilities.

Skills And Competencies Required:

• Bachelors degree in Cyber Security Computer Science Information Technology or related discipline or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum 5 years experience in Security Operations Security Engineering IncidentResponseor Infrastructure Security.

• Strong knowledge of endpoint identitycloudand infrastructure security technologies.

• Experience in threat detection incident responseinvestigationand digital forensics.

• Understanding ofsecurity engineering principles operational securitytoolingand IT Service Management.

• Strong analyticalcommunicationand stakeholder management skills.

Skills And CompetenciesPreferred:

• CISSP or equivalent cybersecurity certification.

• Experience within regulated industries and globalorganizations.

• Experience providing technical leadership or mentoring.

• Ability to translate technical findings into practical security improvements.
