Construction (Site) Logistics Manager Data Centres Construction

We are seeking an experienced Construction (Site) Logistics Manager to oversee the end-to-end logistics function for large-scale construction projects. From strategic planning and vendor management to site delivery coordination and inventory control you will be responsible for ensuring the right materials are available at the right time to support successful project delivery.

• Develop and implement logistics strategies for materials such as steel concrete HVAC electrical and plumbing systems.
• Manage vendor relationships negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with specifications and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics including freight forwarding customs clearance and site delivery.
• Oversee staging storage and just-in-time delivery to minimize site congestion.
• Collaborate with construction managers and engineering teams to align logistics with project phases.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies (e.g. buffer stock alternative sourcing).
• Use ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and construction platforms to track procurement and delivery.
• Maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders on logistics performance.

Qualifications :

• Degree in Construction Management Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Experienced in logistics or supply chain roles preferably in construction or infrastructure projects
• Experience with data center or large-scale industrial projects is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes customs regulations and construction logistics
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and project management tools
• Excellent negotiation communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and coordinate across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple interfaces and stakeholders simultaneously
• Fluent in Spanish and very good English language skills
• Willingness to be present on-site as required
