What youll do
Act as the face of the company being the first point of contact with potential clients.
Prospect potential leads that you will reach out to by phone email or other channels aiming to identify decision makers.
Nurture relationships with high potential leads.
Identify your prospects pain points to offer the right solutions and help the sales team in closing meetings.
Build up and manage the database of prospect companies updating contacts information in Salesforce.
What youll need
Minimum 6 months experience in B2B sales and/or telesales.
Strong cold calling skills and good tolerance for a high volume of outbound calls.
Excellent communication skills proactive personable hard-worker and easily adaptable.
Someone able to show resilience. Bad calls can happen but we need someone able to bounce back.
Curious and passionate about picking up sales methodologies.
A good command of MS Office and Google tools. Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
Creativity ability to think out of the box and being always ready to do customized outreach and make the difference in all outbound efforts.
Advanced level of English is a big plus.
C2 level of Romanian is mandatory.
