B2B Sales Representative

At Itnig were looking for a B2B Sales Representative to drive the growth of all our spaces: coworking private offices coliving and event rooms. This isnt just another job. Youll own the full sales cycle from building prospect lists to getting companies through our doors for a visit and closing the deal. If you like hunting for opportunities talking to founders and teams every day and seeing your work turn into results this role is for you.

What will I be doing

• Prospecting: researching and building lists of companies that need a workspace whether thats startups scale-ups remote teams or companies coming to Barcelona.
• Outreach: launching and optimizing multichannel sequences (email LinkedIn phone) to start conversations with decision-makers.
• Booking visits: turning leads into in-person tours of our spaces and running those visits yourself.
• Closing deals: negotiating and closing contracts for coworking memberships private offices and coliving.
• Events: finding and closing companies that need a venue for workshops offsites meetups and corporate events.
• Pipeline and CRM: keeping the pipeline up to date tracking metrics (leads visits conversion) and reporting on results.
• Community: making sure new members settle in well and staying in touch with existing clients to spot renewals expansions and referrals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience (coworking real estate hospitality SaaS or similar).
• Hands-on experience with prospecting and outbound: building lists running sequences cold outreach.
• Comfortable using CRM and sales tools (HubSpot Apollo lemlist or similar).
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• A natural people person: outgoing energetic and confident running a visit or a negotiation.
• Proactive and autonomous: you dont wait for leads to arrive you go out and find them.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the startup ecosystem in Barcelona.
• Catalan.
