For our school in Alcoi we are looking for an Academic Coordinator to join our team!
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 32 hours per week
Start date: immediately
Your role
Guide and support teachers in lesson planning student evaluation and school events.
Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress attendance grades reports development meetings...).
Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story ensuring quality and adherence to the Kids&Us methodology.
Assist interested families present the Kids&Us educational programme and advise them during the enrolment process.
Play an active role in recruiting new pupils and help organise marketing campaigns and open days.
What you need
Fluency in English with a minimum level of C1 (a C2 level will be particularly valued).
Positive attitude and energy to inspire children.
Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills.
Customer focus and the ability to build trusting relationships with families.
Previous experience in teaching educational coordination or team management will be an advantage although it is not essential.
Experience in customer service or sales roles will be an advantage.
Salary
Salary in accordance with the Collective Agreement for Education and Non-Regulated Training.
Variable remuneration through an incentive scheme linked to performance and the achievement of the centres objectives.
