Our client a franchise dealership in the Durban area is seeking an experienced Service Manager / After-Sales Manager to lead and grow their service department.

Requirements:

• No less than 8 years experience as a Service Manager or After-Sales Manager at a franchise dealership Large dealer experience preferred.
• Experience must be recent.
• Experience in both Luxury and High Volume brands will be advantageous.
• Strong experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
• Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing service team
• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
• Talent retention and team-building expertise
• Knowledge of factory standards audits and compliance
• Business acumen in marketing accounting and profitability
• Results-driven with focus on operational excellence
