Job description:
- Support management in daily store operations
- Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales on the floor
- Assist with supervising staff when senior management is absent
- Handle opening and closing procedures as required
- Assist with stock receiving replenishment and general store admin
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards

Required Skills:
Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience (preferably in home décor/design). Diploma in Interiors/Sales is a plus. Proficient in Excel PowerPoint and Sage. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills. Strong relationship-builder with the ability to spot and develop opportunities. Willingness to travel and attend trade shows (e.g. Decorex).
