Key Responsibilities:
Youll play a key role in developing improving and supporting systems that have a direct impact on business performance.
Your day could include:
- Building and enhancing modern business applications
- Designing scalable and sustainable software solutions
- Managing and improving development and deployment processes
- Supporting and optimising databases and business systems
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues across multiple platforms
- Conducting root-cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes
- Improving system performance reliability and security
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge resources
- Balancing immediate operational needs with long-term architectural improvements
Job Experience and Skills Required:
You are likely a senior-level developer or technical specialist who enjoys ownership and isnt afraid of complexity.
Youll bring:
- A qualification in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or a related field
- Approximately 5 years of experience within software development systems engineering or infrastructure-focused environments
- Strong experience building and supporting enterprise-level applications
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure automation deployment and database technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- The ability to quickly understand unfamiliar systems and environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive self-managed approach to work
- The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
