Our client is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join its growing team in Centurion. This is an exciting opportunity for a client-focused IT professional who enjoys combining technical expertise business analysis and customer success to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage client relationships stakeholder engagement and service delivery acting as the trusted technical advisor.
- Gather analyse and document business requirements functional specifications and solution recommendations
- Deliver client onboarding user training knowledge transfer and high-quality functional documentation.
- Coordinate with Product Development and QA teams to manage releases change requests issue resolution and platform enhancements.
- Monitor service performance manage reporting escalations risks and major incidents to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.
- Champion the voice of the customer by translating business needs and client feedback into product and process improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement platform adoption customer success and long-term account growth.
Essential
- Degree/Diploma in IT Business Information Systems or related field.
- 35 years experience in Technical Account Management Functional Support Business Analysis or Customer Success.
- Client-facing enterprise application support experience.
- Functional analysis SDLC knowledge and excellent English communication
- Advantages:
