TECH LEAD JAVASCRIPT DEVELOPER

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead: JavaScript Developer to join a high-performing technology environment and play a key role in the design development and evolution of modern scalable enterprise applications.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role for an experienced full-stack engineer who can work confidently across Angular Java cloud-native technologies APIs and microservices while contributing to architecture engineering standards and technical direction.

The ideal candidate will bring 8 years of professional development experience preferably within financial services investment platforms or another regulated enterprise environment.

• Design develop and maintain high-quality Java and Angular applications across front-end and back-end layers.

• Work with Docker CI/CD and DevOps practices.
  
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services.
  
• Work with synchronous and asynchronous integration and messaging patterns.
  

• Define and implement effective unit and integration testing strategies.
  
• Apply strong coding practices focused on quality maintainability and testability.
  
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and production defects.
  
• Use automation and testing practices to improve solution stability.
  
• Incorporate operational feedback and user insights into continuous improvement.
  

• Analyse application behaviour platform metrics and technology trends.
