Job Summary
This is a remote position.
SallySupport is building a Talent Pool of Caregiver Recruitment Coordinators for future opportunities supporting home care organisations across the United States and Canada.
In this role you may support the end-to-end caregiver recruitment process helping home care organisations build and maintain a strong pipeline of dependable caregivers.
Responsibilities may include:
- Posting and managing caregiver job advertisements.
- Reviewing applications and identifying suitable candidates.
- Conducting candidate screening calls and interviews.
- Managing candidate pipelines and keeping recruitment records up to date.
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and operational teams.
- Following up with candidates and keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Supporting pre-employment and onboarding requirements.
- Tracking outstanding candidate documentation and requirements.
- Providing recruitment pipeline updates and identifying recruitment challenges.
We are looking for someone who is proactive organised people-focused and comfortable managing a fast-moving recruitment pipeline.
This is a Talent Pool opportunity and not an immediate vacancy. Successful candidates may be considered for future client placements as suitable opportunities become available.
- Previous experience in recruitment talent acquisition staffing or candidate coordination.
- Experience screening or interviewing candidates.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple candidates vacancies interviews and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- Proactive approach to candidate follow-up and pipeline management.
- Tech-savvy and confident using applicant tracking systems job boards and other digital platforms.
- Experience in home care healthcare caregiver recruitment or high-volume recruitment would be advantageous.
- Reliable computer equipment and stable internet connectivity suitable for remote work.

What Were Looking For Previous experience in operations scheduling coordination customer service healthcare administration or another fast-paced environment. Experience managing multiple priorities and communication channels simultaneously. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping. Confidence communicating with customers clients and other stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently use initiative and take ownership. Ability to remain calm and professional when priorities change or urgent situations arise. Ability to learn new software systems and processes quickly. Experience working remotely and managing responsibilities without constant supervision. Reliable computer equipment and stable internet connectivity suitable for full-time remote work. Willingness and ability to work flexible and rotating shifts including after-hours and weekend coverage when required. Comfortable working on a full-time Independent Contractor basis. Experience within home care healthcare medical administration workforce scheduling or care coordination would be advantageous but is not essential.
