Supply Chain Executive

SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVE DURBAN

A leading and growing FMCG / food manufacturing business is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Executive to lead and optimise its end-to-end supply chain.

This is a senior leadership opportunity with responsibility across procurement S&OP demand planning manufacturing inventory warehousing dispatch and logistics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving OTIF service levels manufacturing throughput inventory optimisation Cost of Sales and transport performance while building a resilient and scalable supply chain to support future growth.

Key requirements:
- 810 years senior supply chain leadership experience
- FMCG food or manufacturing experience
- Proven end-to-end supply chain ownership
- Strong S&OP demand planning and forecasting experience
- Manufacturing planning scheduling and capacity experience
- Experience with inventory working capital and cost management
- Strong ERP and supply chain systems experience
- Experience managing multi-site warehousing and 3PL relationships
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams
- Strong commercial analytical and stakeholder-management skills

We are looking for a hands-on commercially minded and data-driven leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution and build supply chain capability ahead of business growth.
