Supervisor

• Grade 12
• Valid PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation.
  
• At least 3 years experience in the security industry.
• Supervisory Certification.
• Must be able to conduct incident reports.
• Clear criminal record.
• Medically Fit.
• Must be able to work shifts
• Valid drivers license Code 8 or 10 and valid PDP.
• Firearm Competency Handgun /Shotgun and Rifle (Business Purpose).
• Fluent in English. (write and speak)
• Should reside in the West Rand area.

Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):

• Supervise a team of mobile workers ensuring they are following company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Services and the client about security services rendered.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensuring that all Security Officers meet the contractual requirements as stipulated by the client.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Constantly evaluating the service levels provided and making recommendations to the client regarding the improvement of services.
• General management and supervision of security staff.
• Ensuring that all HR related queries are dealt with promptly.
• Investigating incidents and submitting relevant weekly/monthly incident reports to Management.
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance work hours and project completion.
