Job Summary
- Grade 12
- Valid PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation.
- At least 3 years experience in the security industry.
- Supervisory Certification.
- Must be able to conduct incident reports.
- Clear criminal record.
- Medically Fit.
- Must be able to work shifts
- Valid drivers license Code 8 or 10 and valid PDP.
- Firearm Competency Handgun /Shotgun and Rifle (Business Purpose).
- Fluent in English. (write and speak)
- Should reside in the West Rand area.
Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):
- Supervise a team of mobile workers ensuring they are following company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Services and the client about security services rendered.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensuring that all Security Officers meet the contractual requirements as stipulated by the client.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Constantly evaluating the service levels provided and making recommendations to the client regarding the improvement of services.
- General management and supervision of security staff.
- Ensuring that all HR related queries are dealt with promptly.
- Investigating incidents and submitting relevant weekly/monthly incident reports to Management.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance work hours and project completion.
