Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Experience in sales will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of cold calling and business development practices will be advantageous.
- Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle are essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent organisational planning and reporting skills.
- Exceptional communication interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- A strong commitment to customer service excellence and maintaining high operational standards.
- Supervise and manage daily site operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Lead motivate and manage on-site teams to achieve operational objectives.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Monitor site performance address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare accurate reports and maintain relevant operational records.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence at all times.
- Identify business development opportunities and support sales initiatives where applicable.
