Job Description:
- Lead structural engineering projects from concept through to completion
- Prepare and review structural designs for concrete and steel structures
- Manage project budgets timelines and technical quality
- Liaise with clients contractors and multidisciplinary teams
- Mentor and support the development of junior engineers
- Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance throughout project delivery
- Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards and industry best practices
- Minimum 7 years experience in structural engineering consulting
- Proven experience designing reinforced concrete and structural steel structures including commercial and industrial buildings
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Advanced proficiency in Prokon and finite element analysis software
- Working knowledge of Revit AutoCAD and MS Office
- Excellent communication organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
- BEng/BSc in Civil Engineering
- Professionally registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer (PrEng)
