The ideal candidate has in-depth technical knowledge for software development technical knowledge of the Azure tech stack CSHARP / SQL (Postgres) Kafka Streaming and DevOps in an Enterprise environment

Demonstrable experience monitoring and maintaining Azure infrastructure implementing integration pipelines and developing AI-first systems using GROUP internal AI technologies is essential

Strong Agile and DevOps mindset with ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders guide business through AI adoption and support global GROUP Group Vehicle Invoicing NSC is critical

Lead development of Kafka Streaming integrations and AI-first systems creating documentation presentations and hands-on labs to introduce users to Kafka Streaming and AI concepts driving automation and operational excellence

Become the Senior Full Stack Developer guiding mission-critical Vehicle Invoicing NSC operations where your technical vision will replace outdated legacy systems implement standardized SAP-based processes and deliver transformational value across sales financial processing and back offices

• Relevant IT Certification

• Azure Infrastructure & Tools
• VNET Configuration
• Working with AI tools like Github Copilot or Claude Code
• Best practice knowledge for working with AI tools

Essential Skills Requirements

Technical:

• In-depth technical knowledge for software development
• Technical knowledge of the Azure tech stack
• CSHARP / SQL (Postgres)
• Kafka Streaming
• DevOps in an Enterprise environment
• Github actions
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model AWM Charter

• Execution according to the Agile Methodology and attending of all team meetings including Stand-ups Sprint Review Sprint Retrospectives Sprint Planning meetings etc
• Daily use of the Agile Tool Chain as per the updates required by the respective feature team or teams
• Jira and Confluence experience

Stakeholder Management:

• Excellent and articulate communicator
• Ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Influence (Effect change without direct exercise of command where persuasion is required and reaching buy-in might be difficult)
• Interaction with clients through meetings calls and emails
• Interact with consultants across broader team locally and abroad

Soft Skills:

• Self-starter
• Self-motivated and keen attention to detail or time management
• Completely independent worker that will only escalate tasks that are complex and outside of their span of control
• May need to lead individual members of a team of Entry and Advanced level experts
• Good communication skills with internal teams and management

Role Requirements

Operations and Support:

• Monitoring and maintaining of Azure infrastructure and services offered
• VNET configuration between services
• Monitoring AI usage and balancing cost/value proposition for AI implementations

Delivery and Configuration:

• Implement integration pipelines between systems following the GROUP Kafka Streaming best practices
• Development of AI first systems that use GROUP internal AI technologies (LLMs plugins skills MCP servers)
• Ability to quickly learn internal GROUP tools / languages to integrate existing systems with Kafka Streaming
• Ability to quickly learn internal GROUP AI tools and practically apply them to software solutions
• Ability to evaluate options for a use case and determine what technology stack will be a good fit
• Specify new products processes standards based on organization strategy or set short- to mid-term operational plans
• The requests are often unclear and will need substantial investigation to ensure that the specifics are well understood by all parties

Continuous Improvement:

• Improve a product or a system that already exists by making conceptual changes and enhancements
• Can manage the solution for complex problems that may require simple solutions but affect multiple systems
• Adaptable to learn implement and promote new technologies
• Knowledge of security best practices

Documentation and Knowledge:

• Creating documentation and presentations to introduce new users to Kafka Streaming
• Creating documentation presentations and hands on labs to introduce expert users to Kafka Streaming within the GROUP landscape
• Creating documentation and presentations to introduce new users to AI concepts and practical use cases
• Creating documentation presentations and hands on labs to introduce expert users to AI concepts and practical implementation using GROUP internal AI technologies
• Ability to translate hands on experience to documentation for internal departments
• Interpreting GROUP best practices into actionable steps
• Knowledge transfer - in person and via documentation
• Guiding business through AI adoption and pragmatic approach to implementing AI
• May need to lead individual members of a team of Entry and Advanced level experts
