Senior Full-Stack Developer — Java Angular

Our client has an opportunity for a senior Full-Stack Developer to work on a live platform that plays a critical role in day-to-day business operations. The successful candidate will be comfortable working across Java/Spring backend services Angular applications databases integrations and production support while taking ownership of delivering quality solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong Java development experience.
• Solid Spring knowledge particularly Spring Boot Spring MVC and Spring Security.
• Strong Angular TypeScript and RxJS experience.
• Advanced working knowledge of MySQL including schema design indexing and query optimisation.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• GitLab or equivalent experience covering source control code review and CI/CD.
• Proven experience working with production business-critical systems.
• Good understanding of application security authentication authorisation access control and sensitive data protection.
• Knowledge of POPIA/GDPR principles.
