A boutique CF firm is seeking a Senior Analyst/Associate to hit the ground running. The business has a great pipeline with a specific focus on the mining sector. This role offers interesting work and provides those working on the transactions the unique opportunity to work on projects from cradle to grave.

Experience Requirements:

• A senior Associate (VP level) with an international investment banking background
• Minimum of six years experience in investment banking and 10 years working experience
• Proven ability to lead teams to deliver on the execution of complex transactions
• Demonstrable track record working on a variety of equity financing (IPOs Private Placements) and domestic and cross-border M&A transactions
