Job Summary
A growing digital team is on the lookout for an experienced search optimisation professional to help drive online visibility and performance across a diverse client base. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data spotting trends and turning insights into measurable growth.
Role Purpose
- Youll play a hands-on role in improving website rankings boosting organic traffic and enhancing overall search presence
- Plan and implement SEO initiatives to improve organic performance
- Manage optimisation efforts across multiple websites or client portfolios
- Identify technical issues impacting performance and recommend solutions
- Optimise on-page elements including metadata content and internal linking
- Support strategies to improve domain authority and backlink profiles
- Enhance local presence through directory listings reviews and listings management
- Monitor rankings traffic and conversion data
- Provide regular insights and recommendations based on performance trends
- 25 years SEO experience (agency preferred)
- Proven success improving rankings and traffic
- Strong knowledge of technical on-page and off-page SEO
- Experience with GSC GA4 and reporting tools
- Familiar with CMS platforms and basic HTML
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- Curious analytical and solutions-focused
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider team
- Driven by measurable outcomes and continuous improvement
