Sales Development Representative

Job Title: Remote Appointment Setter (SDR) Physical Therapy Practice

Location: Remote (Preference for South African candidates)
Hours: Flexible / aligned with US Eastern Time (EST) business hours
Salary Range: $1.000 - $1.500 Usd (Based on Experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated detail-oriented Appointment Setter (SDR) to support our growing physical therapy practice. This role focuses on managing inbound leads from digital ads and converting them into booked appointments. You will be the first point of contact for prospective patients ensuring a smooth professional experience from lead to appointment.

Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up on new leads (70 per week) generated from ads

• Schedule appointments accurately in GoHighLevel CRM

• Qualify leads to ensure readiness for treatment

• Maintain consistent communication and provide timely updates

• Track calls bookings and conversions in the CRM

• Support the practice in meeting patient booking goals

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English; clear US-accent familiarity is a plus

• Prior experience in appointment setting telesales or lead generation

• Self-motivated organized and able to manage multiple leads efficiently

• Comfortable working remotely and using CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred)

• Reliable internet and phone setup
