Job Summary
Ensure quick response to clients and emergency call outs and calls
Ensure visibility at standoff points and during area patrols
Ensure clients complaints are handled efficiently and written reporting feedback
Ensure that the disciplinary code is always adhered to
Ensure the safety of clients by checking premises thoroughly
Action follow up inspections and implementation of corrective actions
Provide a high standard of service to respond to alarm signals and emergency calls within SOP-defined timeframes Maintain high visibility at standoff points and conduct regular high risk area patrols
Conduct daily parade and comply with Standing Operating Procedures (SOP)
Identify off peak times and vulnerable areas to be patrolled
