Job Summary
Our client is looking for an experienced and driven QA Test Lead to join our team in Centurion. This is an exciting opportunity for a quality-focused testing professional to take the lead in ensuring the reliability functionality and quality of innovative loyalty and rewards technology solutions used by leading brands.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 / Matric with relevant Software Testing / QA training qualification or practical experience.
- Minimum 5 years commercial software testing experience including leading or coordinating testing activities.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC and practical experience in functional regression integration and system testing.
- Experience translating requirements into test scenarios cases and data and managing test plans execution defects and quality reporting.
- Ability to estimate effort prioritise work manage dependencies monitor progress and assess release readiness.
- Proven ability to coordinate QA resources and collaborate with Developers Project Managers Business Analysts and stakeholders.
- Willingness to do afterhours support duties.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willingness to work occasional extended hours during releases or critical implementations.
