Project Manager Turnkey Mineral Processing Projects
Location: Centurion Gauteng
Lead high-impact projects for a specialist in ultra-fine mineral recovery. Fast-paced performance-driven team focused on practical engineering solutions and greener mining practices.

Duties & Responsibilities

What you will own

Full project delivery from concept and FDS through procurement construction commissioning and handover.
Commercial accountability for budgets forecasts quotations orders payment certificates and invoicing.
Client and stakeholder management to translate operational needs into executable solutions and secure repeat business.
Safety and compliance including adherence to the Mine Health and Safety Act and company safety standards.
Quality assurance through QCP and QC inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience and qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in Project Management within the mining or heavy engineering sectors.
Degree: BEng or BSc in Mechanical Electrical Metallurgical or Industrial Engineering.
Project Management qualification required.

Core responsibilities and skills

Manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors across Civil Mechanical Electrical and Instrumentation scopes.
Technical ownership: review designs and technical documents compile FDS and accept design and execution responsibility.
Project planning and scheduling with robust risk management and milestone control.
Commercial management: budgeting financial forecasting contract generation negotiation order management and invoicing.
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance and lead site-level safety culture.
Drive quality and client satisfaction through inspections feedback loops and corrective actions.
Take responsibility for on-time on-budget execution and successful project handover.
