Job Summary
Our client in the Telecoms sector is looking for a Program Solution Architecture on a contract duration of 3 to 12 months.
The deliverables of project solution architecture services are essential for ensuring that technological solutions are designed and implemented effectively to address specific business challenges:
- Solution Design Documentation: This includes detailed technical designs that outline the architecture of the solution including diagrams models and specifications. It ensures that the solution aligns with the business requirements and technical standards.
- Architecture Review and Approval: Regular reviews and approvals of the architecture design to ensure it meets the project objectives and adheres to the organizations standards and best practices. Also tabling the designs at the relevant Governance Forums to obtain the necessary approval.
- Implementation Plan: A comprehensive plan that outlines the steps required to implement the solution including timelines resources and dependencies. This plan ensures that the solution is delivered on time and within budget.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identifying potential risks and issues related to the solution architecture and developing mitigation strategies to address them. This helps in minimizing disruptions during the implementation phase.
- Integration and Testing: Ensuring that the solution integrates seamlessly with existing systems and conducting thorough testing to validate its functionality and performance.
- Compliance and Security: Ensuring that the solution complies with relevant regulations and security standards. This includes conducting security assessments and implementing necessary controls to protect the solution from potential threats.
- Stakeholder Communication: Engaging with stakeholders to provide updates on the progress of the solution architecture addressing any concerns and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
