Professional Architect

A leading architectural firm is looking for a Professional Architect to join their Pretoria-based team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to and managing architectural projects with a strong focus on technical and industrial developments.

Requirements

• SACAP Registered Professional Architect Non-negotiable
• Strong BIM capability
• Strong Excel skills
• Proven experience working on technical and/or industrial projects
• Strong technical design and documentation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage architectural designs from concept through to documentation
• Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation
• Utilise BIM software effectively throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with consultants contractors and other project stakeholders
• Assist with project planning documentation and delivery
• Ensure designs and documentation comply with relevant standards and regulations
• Support technical and industrial project requirements
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation
