Are you an experienced Process Engineer looking for your next opportunity Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join their team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors Degree or National Diploma in Chemical Mechanical Industrial or Process Engineering.
Minimum of 35 years experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong knowledge of process optimisation continuous improvement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
Experience with process mapping root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Ability to analyse production data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency quality and cost.
Knowledge of health safety environmental and quality standards.
Excellent problem-solving analytical and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering-related software.
Valid drivers licence will be advantageous.
Clear criminal record.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop monitor and optimise manufacturing processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
Identify process bottlenecks and implement sustainable improvements.
Conduct process investigations and root cause analyses.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve product quality.
Develop and update process documentation work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety quality and environmental standards.
Collaborate with production maintenance quality and engineering teams to achieve operational targets.
Analyse production data and prepare technical reports with recommendations.
Support new product introductions and process validation activities.
