An established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy specialising in mining minerals processing water infrastructure and industrial projects is seeking a Process Engineer to join its dynamic technical team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

BEng Chemical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of engineering consulting or EPCM experience
Experience in mining water treatment process plant design or infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of process equipment and engineering standards
Ability to work on multi-disciplinary projects

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop process designs for greenfield and brownfield industrial projects.
Prepare mass and energy balances process calculations and design documentation.
Generate process specifications for equipment procurement.
Participate in feasibility studies concept development and detailed design phases.
Conduct process risk assessments and HAZOP reviews.
Review vendor documentation and technical submissions.
Support water treatment pumping tailings and process plant projects.
Coordinate with civil structural mechanical electrical and instrumentation disciplines.
Monitor project deliverables budgets and schedules.
Assist with commissioning and site support activities.
Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients.
Ensure designs comply with client specifications industry standards and regulatory requirements.
