Job Summary
Durban North. An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Patternmaker with a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience using Lectra to join an established clothing manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate patterns for a variety of ladieswear garments including blouses dresses skirts pants and jackets.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop accurate patterns for ladieswear garments
- Work on a variety of styles including blouses dresses skirts pants and jackets
- Interpret design concepts and specifications into production-ready patterns
- Ensure patterns meet required fit measurements and quality standards
- Make adjustments and amendments to patterns as required
- Work closely with the design and production teams
- Minimum 3 years experience in Lectra Patternmaking
- Strong hands-on experience using Lectra is essential
- Proven experience creating patterns for ladieswear
- Good understanding of garment construction fit and grading
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Valid drivers licence
