Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Operations Analyst to evaluate and enhance business processes projects and initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives on identifying improvement opportunities and driving process optimisation within a dynamic environment.
You will play a key role in shaping business efficiency by analysing current operations recommending solutions and implementing process improvements. Working independently while collaborating with stakeholders you will also provide guidance to team members and contribute to project success.

- Analyse business needs and recommend practical value-driven solutions
- Document and map current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes
- Support and execute communication plans across projects
- Engage with stakeholders to build strong relationships and address concerns
- Identify assess and mitigate project risks issues and dependencies
- Contribute to feasibility studies from both technological and organisational perspectives
- Compile and produce accurate reports using data from various sources
- Manage and prioritise short-term work schedules for team delivery
- Review existing operations and contribute ideas for continuous improvement initiatives
- BCom / BBA (beneficial)
- Industry exposure: manufacturing / construction / mining / heavy equipment and machinery
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent planning organising and prioritisation skills
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to analyse alternatives and recommend actionable solutions
- Solid understanding of business process mapping
- Experience with project communication tracking and reporting
- Knowledge of risk identification and mitigation strategies
- Proficiency in standard computer and reporting tools
