This junior role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people keeping things organised and being part of a team that supports customers through their design and building journeys.
Duties / Key Responsibilities
- Provide general office administration support
- Assist the sales team with customer enquiries quotes and order processing
- Maintain accurate records documents and customer information
- Coordinate daily office tasks and support smooth operations
- Communicate with customers professionally via phone email and in person
- Assist with sales and customer service activities
- Build product knowledge within the tile décor and building industry
Requirements
- 13 years general office administration experience
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with customers and supporting a sales team
- Interest in décor design architecture or building products would be advantageous
- Basic computer literacy and administration skills
Education
- Grade 12 / Matric required
- Additional administration sales or design-related training would be beneficial

Salary
