.Net Developer

We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to take ownership of a modern cloud-ready software platform that supports a nationally deployed mission-critical service.

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related field (strong commercial portfolio may be considered in lieu of a degree)
  
• Proficiency in (version 6 or later 8) essential
  
• 5 or more years of commercial software development experience using C# and framework with a track record of delivering and maintaining production systems
  
• Strong practical experience with Core and RESTful API design (APIs consumed by web mobile and third-party clients)
  
• Solid experience with relational databases PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server including schema design query optimization and Entity Framework Core
  
• Proficiency with Git-based version control (branching strategies pull requests) and CI/CD pipelines
  
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum and experienced at onboarding to existing codebases through documentation code reading and structured handover
  
• Advantageous: experience with cloud-hosted / cloud-native environments particularly AWS (EC2 RDS S3 or equivalent) is advantageous.
  
• Proficiency with Git-based version control workflows including branching strategies pull request reviews and working within a CI/CD pipeline
  
• Comfortable working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and experienced in onboarding to existing codebases through documentation review code reading and structured handover processes
