JUNIOR SARS E-FILING CLERK
Location: Paarl Western Cape

A well-established accounting practice in Paarl is looking for a Junior SARS e-Filing Clerk to join its e-Filing department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior candidate who has some practical exposure to SARS e-Filing and would like to develop their skills within a professional accounting environment.

A well-established accounting practice in Paarl is looking for a Junior SARS e-Filing Clerk to join its e-Filing department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior candidate who has some practical exposure to SARS e-Filing and would like to develop their skills within a professional accounting environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting with SARS e-Filing administration
- Capturing and submitting tax-related information on e-Filing
- Assisting with income tax provisional tax and other SARS submissions
- Following up on SARS correspondence and notices
- Assisting with SARS registrations and profile maintenance
- Monitoring submission deadlines
- Maintaining accurate client records and supporting documentation
- Communicating with SARS where required
- Providing general administrative support to the e-Filing department
REQUIREMENTS:
- Some practical experience with SARS e-Filing is essential
- Basic understanding of SARS and tax administration
- Previous experience in an accounting or tax environment will be advantageous
- Good computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Ability to work with confidential client information
- Candidates residing in Paarl or the surrounding area will be preferred
- Own reliable transport will be advantageous
