Junior Quantity Surveyor

Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step into the industry Our client is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their Stellenbosch-based team. This role is suited to someone at the early stages of their career who is ready to expand their technical and commercial knowledge.

The successful candidate will assist with:

• Measuring quantities and compiling cost estimates.
• Preparing tender and procurement documentation.
• Tracking project expenditure against budgets.
• Assisting with valuations and payment certificates.
• Supporting contract administration and cost reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant BSc/BTech qualification in Quantity Surveying.
• Around 24 years of industry experience within the commercial residential or retail sectors.
• Sound DIMX and WinQS and numerical skills.
• Basic knowledge of construction contracts and procurement.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A willingness to learn from experienced professionals and take on increasing responsibility.
