- Process and reconcile daily financial transactions bank accounts debtors and creditors.
- Assist with month-end journals general ledger reconciliations and management reporting.
- Prepare VAT reconciliations and assist with statutory submissions.
- Maintain accurate financial records while supporting internal controls and audit preparation.
- Assist with fixed asset administration cashbook processing and continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.
- BCom Degree Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- 13 years experience in a Junior Accountant or similar accounting role.
- Experience working on an ERP or accounting system.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical ability.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
