Quick2start is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to gain practical experience in Information Technology while working in a dynamic and professional environment.

The successful candidate will assist with various IT-related tasks provide technical support and contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the organizations technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to users.
• Assist with the installation configuration and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot computer network and system issues.
• Support website and email administration activities.
• Maintain IT equipment and inventory records.
• Assist with data backups and system updates.
• Support cybersecurity and data protection initiatives.
• Document technical procedures and user guides.
• Assist with network monitoring and maintenance.
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• National Diploma Diploma Degree or Certificate in Information Technology Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware software and networking concepts.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Knowledge of WordPress website management.
• Understanding of web hosting and domain management.
• Familiarity with database systems.
