Server/Field Engineer - Johannesburg - On-Site Support
Were hiring a skilled Server/Field Engineer to manage and support server and network infrastructure for multiple clients across Johannesburg. Youll handle installations system monitoring troubleshooting and virtualization in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install configure & maintain Windows/Linux servers
- Support virtual platforms (VMware Hyper-V)
- Troubleshoot OS hardware & networking issues
- Manage backups security AD DNS DHCP
- 3 years experience in server or systems engineering
- Windows/Linux proficiency
- Strong understanding of virtualization & scripting
- Valid drivers license and client-facing professionalism
Certifications & cloud skills (AWS/Azure) a plus.
