Intermediate Software Engineer MEAN Stack

Were looking for a hands-on Intermediate Software Engineer (MEAN Stack) who enjoys solving problems taking ownership and building quality software that delivers real business value. This role will suit someone who wants to work across the full product lifecycle contribute to meaningful technical decisions and gain exposure to cloud technologies enterprise integrations and AI-enabled initiatives. Youll work closely with a collaborative engineering team to develop scalable applications integrations and cloud-based services while continuing to grow your technical expertise.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain scalable applications across the MEAN stack
• Develop backend services using
• Build and enhance front-end functionality using Angular
• Develop and maintain APIs and integrations
• Support enterprise and ERP platform integrations
• Collaborate with Product Engineering and Delivery teams
• Take ownership of features from development through to deployment
• Investigate and resolve technical issues
• Contribute to technical design engineering standards and best practices
• Improve platform performance scalability security and reliability
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools where appropriate

OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE

• 3 years of commercial software development experience
• Strong development experience
• Good JavaScript and/or TypeScript skills
• Experience with Angular or similar modern front-end frameworks
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Cloud exposure (AWS Azure or GCP)
• Experience working with Git and modern development workflows
• Exposure to Docker or Containerised environments
• A track record of delivering production-ready software
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
• Clear examples of AI-assisted capability
