Duties & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Automation Engineer to design program and maintain automated systems and mechanical processes. This role focuses on optimizing manufacturing efficiency programming programmable logic controllers (PLCs) integrating robotic systems and ensuring maximum uptime across automated production lines.
You will lead automation projects from concept through commissioning collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and implement world-class control solutions that improve operational performance and productivity.

You will lead automation projects from concept through commissioning collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and implement world-class control solutions that improve operational performance and productivity.
Education:
- / BSc Electrical Engineering Mechatronics Engineering Electronic Engineering or Automation Engineering
- ECSA registration advantageous
- Additional Automation Robotics or Control Systems certifications beneficial
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 4-8 years experience in industrial automation engineering
- Proven PLC programming and control systems design experience
- Experience with Siemens Allen Bradley Schneider Beckhoff or equivalent platforms
- Strong SCADA HMI and industrial network integration experience
- Robotics integration and commissioning experience advantageous
- Experience with instrumentation process control and electrical design
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation standards and best practices
- Exposure to project engineering and system commissioning
- Ability to lead automation improvement initiatives
- Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
