Duties & Responsibilities

An established investment company based in Johannesburg North is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Manager to lead its human resources and payroll functions while supporting business growth through effective people management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full HR function including recruitment onboarding performance management employee relations and talent development.
Oversee the end-to-end payroll process ensuring accuracy confidentiality and compliance.
Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation BCEA LRA POPIA and other relevant regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies procedures and best practices.
Manage employee benefits leave administration and remuneration processes.
Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters.
Coordinate training and development initiatives across the business.
Prepare HR and payroll reports analytics and management information.
Handle disciplinary processes grievances and employee wellness initiatives.
Drive employee engagement and contribute to a positive company culture.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Industrial Psychology Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 58 years experience in HR
Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and payroll practices.
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
