- Oversee HR administration and monthly payroll processes
- Manage employee relations disciplinary procedures and labour-related matters
- Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation
- Oversee recruitment onboarding and employee exits
- Manage leave benefits and employee records
- Prepare HR reports and support management with HR matters
- Promote a positive and supportive workplace culture
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR and payroll administration
- Courier industry experience is ESSENTIAL
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and labour relations
- Experience with disciplinary processes recruitment onboarding and employee relations
- Payroll administration and HR reporting experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while being part of a small close-knit team
