Fluent in German (B2C2) and looking for an exciting opportunity by the coast Join an international online retail project supporting customers in German and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone email and chat
• Assist with online orders deliveries and general enquiries
• Deliver professional service in German and English
• Work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment

Requirements

• German proficiency B2C2 (spoken & written)
• Good command of English
• Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
• Customer service or call centre experience (retail advantageous)
• Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts including weekends
