• Approximately 35 years of commercial full-stack development experience.
• Strong commercial experience with React TypeScript and .
• Experience developing server-side logic and RESTful APIs.
• Solid experience working with SQL databases.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and external platforms.
• Evidence of delivering production features across both front-end and back-end systems.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming code reuse separation of concerns and design patterns.
• Experience writing automated tests and developing testable code.
• Strong debugging and technical problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Git pull requests and code-review processes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
• Ability to work effectively within an established product and codebase.
• Ability to manage changing requirements and deliver work incrementally.
• Strong internal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs clearly.
• Responsible and effective use of AI-assisted development tools.
• A relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous; however equivalent commercial experience will be accepted.

• Knowledge of human-in-the-loop workflows sub-agent architecture or WebSockets.
