Job Description:
Group Finance & Reporting
- Prepare management accounts across multiple entities
- Develop dashboards and reporting packs for monthly group reporting
- Review month-end journals reconciliations intercompany transactions and trial balances
- Support the preparation and review of annual financial statements
- Ensure tax compliance across local and international entities
- Assist with tax calculations and submissions
- Prepare audit files and liaise with external auditors
- Support BEE processes and related audits
- Review supplier payments and approve payments on banking platforms
- Monitor loan schedules repayments and covenant calculations
- Ensure intercompany balances reconcile accurately across the group
- Maintain strong financial governance and control processes
- Manage the payroll function for local and international entities
- Oversee fixed asset registers and monthly depreciation processes
- Assist with insurance administration and annual renewals
- Partner with the CFO and Financial Manager on budgeting and strategic projects
- Drive finance process improvements and system enhancements
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency reporting quality and financial visibility
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of a modern high-performing finance function
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2-5 years post-articles experience
- Strong financial reporting controls and management accounting experience
- Exposure to multi-entity or group finance environments
- Strong understanding of tax audit payroll treasury and financial governance
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong systems aptitude
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage across all levels of the business
Qualification:
- CA(SA) non negotiable
